Snow?! Really?!

Some super amazing yet super wrong weather man said that we should be expecting snow here in PCBeach.
Ha.
I laugh at his stupidity.
We may have been getting a lot of frost in the mornings but snow?! Really?!
There was even talks about the city shutting down schools tomorrow because it’s going to be so “frigid” out and the schools heaters may not be able to handle it.
Seriously Florida… grow a pair!
I remember trying to drive to school in my neon with the wheels spinning on the freshly fallen snow. I also remember a giant school bus passing me. Agh. I also remember turning around at the next driveway and calling myself in sick. Nothing like being passed by a school bus!
I know they won’t cancel school. You know how I know? It’s raining outside. That’s right… pitter patter the rain falls softly on the tin roof.

I love the sound of rain. I love the smell of rain.
When I was younger my mom said that she could always smell the rain coming. I had no idea what she was talking about until I grew up and I too, could smell the rain coming. It’s such a glorious smell.
We’d sit on our front porch and listen to the rain and smell the rain and enjoy just sitting… and listening… and smelling.
One of the only reasons I like this roof on our house is because of the sound that it makes when the rain is pitter pattering on top of it. It’s so relaxing. If only I could hear it better while taking a nice hot jacuzzi bath. Whitney Houston would need to be turned down too low in order for me to hear it and that’s a serious bonding time with Ms. Houston that I hold near and dear to my heart. We’ve been bonding since I was a wee youngin.
Sometimes I ramble. I apologize. Then again, sometimes my rambles lead me to greater things. And then again, sometimes they’re just rambles.
Good night world! See you and the weekend soon!
