Where will my order ship from?

All items and made and shipped from my office in Florida.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Once an order has been placed and payment is received, the order will be sent within 5 business days. Orders generally arrive 3-9 days after the product(s) have been sent.

Shipping

All packages are shipped First Class USPS (unless otherwise noted) and include a tracking number but not insurance. Once shipped, most orders generally arrive in 3-9 business days. Sometimes your items might get delayed due to holidays or weather conditions. Once shipped, I cannot accept responsibility for products lost in transit. I cannot refund or reship any packages.

I do not make items or ship them on holidays.

Returns

Please be aware that all items listed are unique and handmade, and variations will occur in fabric/shells/bead color.
All items returned for a refund must be returned in the original condition. If you are returning an item that is not faulty or broken but it arrives to me damaged because of lack of proper packaging on your part, you will be held responsible for these goods. Shipping will not be reimbursed.

Replacements will be sent for faulty items within 7 days of the date that you receive your product(s).

I will require proof of faulty items in the form of photographs and a brief description.

Exchanges

If exchanging a product(s), please ship them in a padded envelope or box as to not damage the items. If you are exchanging an item that is not faulty or broken but it arrives to me damaged because of lack of proper packaging on your part, you will be held responsible for these goods. Items must be returned in the same shape they were delivered. You must also include a copy of your invoice. I cannot accept responsibility for products lost in transit. Once your item has arrived, you will receive a refund for the cost of the item. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed. You can then place a new order.

I ordered the wrong size bracelet, now what?

If exchanging a product(s) for a different size, please email me at [email protected] so we can discuss it in a timely manner. You will then have to ship the product(s) in a padded envelope or box as to not damage the items. If you are exchanging an item that is not faulty or broken but it arrives to me damaged because of lack of proper packaging on your part, you will be held responsible for these goods. Items must be returned in the same shape they were delivered. I cannot accept responsibility for products lost in transit.

Can I wear my bracelet / necklace in the water (ocean, bath, shower…)?

YES! I have personally tested the bracelets and necklaces in water so you don’t have to worry if you forget to take them off when you head into the water. Ocean tested, beach approved! Your tassel may look a little “wonky” after it gets wet so just reshape it while it’s drying and you’re good to go!

How can I get a custom order?

Please use the Contact Me form to submit an inquiry. All custom orders will require payment in full before the work is started. I will only ask for payment once you are happy with the design.
