Smoothie A Day
This morning was quite hectic but there was no way a little madness would or could stop me from making my addicting smoothie for the day!
This mornings smoothie had the following ingredients:
a banana, about a cup and a half of canned sliced peaches, about a cup of frozen strawberries, 4 slices of canned sliced pineapple, about half a cup of milk, about a half a cup of vanilla yogurt, and about three fourths a cup of crushed ice.
I used canned pineapple slices because they’ve been in the pantry forever and B refuses to eat them. He thinks they taste funny. He drank the smoothie and said it was delicious. He’ll never know! But I do use canned fruit because sometimes, as this morning proved, I need the convenience of it ;)

Looks delicious! I love smoothies too. I usually just include the fruit in mine and on a rare occasion include ice in it. I have tried peanut butter before in it, and was delicious.
I don’t eat very much dairy so instead of using frozen yogurt or milk. I use ice, frozen fruit and fresh fruit and Fuze drinks(I use this as my replacement for milk) All of your pictures of smoothies are making me want to go on a fruit shopping spree : )))
