Today’s Strawberry Banana Smoothie
I had roughly 2 minutes to make this smoothie this morning. It actually ended up taking me 3 ;)
Today’s strawberry banana’s smoothie ingredients are:
1 medium banana, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 1 Yoplait Smoothie Mix – Strawberry Banana, and 1 cup skim milk. Makes 2 tall smoothies.
I keep forgetting that if I add additional ingredients on top of the ones that are already in the Yoplait Smoothie Mix bags, that I should add more milk. This smoothie probably could’ve used about 1/2 cup more milk but it’s not like it was horrible without it. The consistency was just a little thicker than I would have wanted. It was sweet and delicious. It’s not that hard to mess up a strawberry banana smoothie. A lot of people tend to think that because there are so few ingredients that it’s super easy to make but you’d be surprised. It can very easily be too banana heavy or too strawberry heavy. It’s kinda hard to get the perfect balance of both. This smoothie, a very nice balance of both. And B loved it. Then again, he loves every strawberry banana smoothie I make!
