Gardening Ideas
I am getting more and more excited as March creeps up.
I planted all my seedlings a couple weekends ago. Kinda bummed that they’re not showing their faces yet but s’ok… If there’s one thing I’ve learned from gardening, it’s to be patient.
While I’m waiting for them to show face, I’ve been trying to think of a nice way to decorate the border of the new garden. That’s right… expanding again! I swear, gardening… it’s addictive!
Isn’t this awesome! I’d really have to start drinking lots of wine though. Wish I had seen this last year! I wonder if putting an ad on craigslist for empty wine bottles would get flagged? Hmmm… ;)
Google wasn’t much help when it came to researching a creative border. I guess the wine bottles are the best thing people can think of! I did read though one thing that is slightly deterring me from doing this… would you take a weed whacker around this to edge it?
Back to the drawing board I go!
that IS a cool border! I love the different colors of glass. I started looking up info today for starting seeds, which we won’t start until March around here. Might just get a simple kit from the local garden center, but I can’t decide what to try this year. Fun stuff!
