but we have woken up to frost the last 3 mornings! It’s the closest I think we’ll be getting to snow this Christmas!

And I can’t believe Christmas is right around the corner! It’s so hard to sit at my desk when I could be at home making white chocolate covered pretzels and sipping hot chocolate! B decided to stay home from work today. Good call on his part. Me… I like money. ;)

I obviously didn’t do enough of my crafty homework over the last couple months… maybe the wedding and buying a house got in the way of it slightly but it seems like over the last couple days I’ve been finding a plethora of cute fun adorable crafts and none of them will be done by these hands until next Christmas. Well maybe…

I have been collecting our toilet paper rolls in hopes that I can find some super cute and easy crafts to make with them. And today I came across this by Michelle at Her Cup Overfloweth:

I knew there was a reason I have been stocking up on our toilet paper rolls! These will be such a great decoration next year! I think my daughter will absolutely love them and they’ll be such a great addition to the decorations we already have.

And since I think my hands are the best at paper crafts (so far),  these cards over at Making Mary will be such fun to make! I have a feeling I might be making these for more than just Christmas just by changing the shape :) See, I can think like a crafter sometimes!

Aren’t they super cute!? Maybe gck-1 will be old enough to lend a helping hand at these next year. I can’t wait!
