New House Means New Furniture!
We bought the Kennedy series love seat and sofa from Home Place Furniture here in Panama City and it arrives on Friday! I have never been so excited about furniture but if you sat on the couches we had before, you’d understand. These are leather so no more dog hair poking you in the back and no more feeling sticky sweaty from the fabric during the hot Florida summers. I’ve been wanting this series of furniture since B told me that we should start looking for a house :) and I’m sure they will look amazing! (p.s. this is NOT my actual living room FYI… it’s just a photo from their site)
We’ve got our eye set on a dining room table but we just weren’t sure if we wanted to buy it right away or not so we decided to hold off just in case. 
This picture doesn’t show the real size of the table… it’s much much larger in person, like double the size! Perfect for lots of Italian meals and not to mention Thanksgiving feasts! I’m super excited and cannot wait to buy this set! And then to see my new dishes on top, I can’t wait!
Now there’s just the breakfast table and some other smaller items for the office that we need to look for. I was thinking about this “Noah” set for the breakfast area.
It is super comfy and it’s not super expensive either. I really like the idea of the bench with 2 chairs or even 2 benches with 1 chair but then again, lil gck-1 will be out of her high chair soon and into a booster seat so maybe 2 chairs and 1 bench is a better idea. I could really see it in our breakfast area but I’m not quite sure that B will consider it. We saw it in person and he thought it was “neat” but I couldn’t tell by the tone in his voice if it was a good neat or an out there neat. We’ve been in this house for almost a week without a table to eat at so this girl is getting a little restless!
