Color Coded Organization
Gussy Sews has this amazing little workshop going on right now called the “Inspiration Workshop”. Each week she gives a prompt and we go with it! Such a great idea!
For this week’s prompt, we got to pick whatever it is that inspires us! Woo-Hoo!

Color Coded Organization.
Seriously, love it. My closet is completely color coded and organized. Tanks then tees then short sleeved shirts then long sleeved shirts then sweaters then dresses then skirts then sweatshirts… and each section is color coded. I think I’d go crazy if it wasn’t like that. It’s so much easier and quicker to find exactly what article of clothing I’m looking for. Sooooo much easier! My craft room is the same. Fabric is organized by size then color. Our books around the house are the same too… color coded!
I think it just looks amazing. and neat. and tidy.

I have my yarn and fabric organized by color, but most of our books are in boxes in the basement waiting for a great big bookshelf to live on. And I just KNOW we’ll be arranging those by color too because… well, Hello!?!? It looks fabulous. (:
I TRY to organize by color, but the next time I do laundry, things go awry and I get lazy :(
