I love looking at your pictures of PCB. I am originally from Dothan, AL, so PCB was the home of a lot of my high school memories, as well as growing up memories. We would ride down to PCB on Friday nights just to eat at Pizza Hut, and we had 2 in town! Since I no longer live close, I haven't been in years, and years, and years (too long) but hope to come down in September! I keep thinking I'll try to make cake balls, but anything recipe that has more than 3 steps is not high on my to do list! I didn't use the candy melts. The trick to using the bark is to add some shortening to it to make it thin enough for dipping.
